Check Valve

  • Hinge & Pin: Stainless Steel/Bronze.

  • Fasteners: Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel (optional for corrosion resistance).

  • Gasket: Compressed fiber or EPDM depending on media compatibility.

Size Range Available
  • Standard sizes from 2” to 24” (DN50 to DN600).

  • Larger sizes can be provided upon request for specific industrial requirements.

Pressure Rating
  • Working Pressure: Up to 150 PSI (10.3 bar) for Class 125.

  • Test Pressure: Hydrostatic body test at 300 PSI; seat test at 200 PSI.

  • Temperature Range: Up to 200°C (392°F) depending on lining and gasket materials

Cast Steel Swing Check Valve

Design Features

    • Body: 1.5 × rated pressure.

    • Seat: 1.1 × rated pressure.

  • Temperature Range: Up to 425°C (800°F) depending on gasket and seat materials.
