Design Features

• Type: Swing Type Non-Return Valve (Check Valve)

• Operation: Automatically operated by fluid flow (non-actuated)

• Body-Bonnet Connection: Bolted Bonnet or Welded Bonnet design

• Disc: Swing-type disc mounted on a guided hinge pin for reliable closure

Material of Construction

• Body & Bonnet: Forged Carbon Steel (ASTM A105 / A350 LF2 for low temp)

• Disc: Forged Steel with optional stainless steel or Stellite facing

• Seat: Integral or renewable, available in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, or Stellite

• Hinge Pin: Stainless Steel (AISI 410 or 304/316)

• Gasket: Spiral wound stainless steel with graphite filler

• Bolting: Alloy steel bolts and nuts (ASTM A193 B7 / A194 2H)

• Trim Options: Standard carbon steel, stainless steel (13% Cr / 316), or hard-faced (Stellite)

Size Range Available

• Flanged Ends: ½” to 12” (DN15 to DN300)

• Screwed Ends: ½” to 2” (DN15 to DN50)

• Socket Welded Ends: ½” to 2” (DN15 to DN50)

• Larger sizes can be provided upon request for specific industrial requirements.

Pressure Rating

• Class 150: Up to 19 bar (285 psi)

• Class 300: Up to 50 bar (740 psi)

• Class 600: Up to 100 bar (1480 psi)

• Higher ratings (e.g., Class 800 or 900) available on request

• Temperature Range: -29°C to 425°C (depending on gasket and seat materials)
